In consideration of regional differences and advantages, SINOMA Investment International Ltd structures two main offices in Nigerian, African headquarters and various country offices will be set up following the progress of project development.  

Shanghai Integrated Infrastructure Development Ltd.  is interested in the areas of Satellite, Information & Telecom, Power Generation & Transmission, Transportation, Mining, Agriculture, Real Estate, Health, Heavy Industries, Hotel and Digital Media. Our investment models include IPP (independent private project) and PPP (Private Public Partnership).    

The structure of staff at Shanghai Integrated Infrastructure Development Ltd. is planned to be 20% of Chinese, 60% of African and 10% of other expatriates, aiming at utilizing the knowledge both from China and other developed countries for know-how transfer to Africa. We firmly believe our long-term growth relies on constant advancement of our local staff in their professional areas.
